Steve Goedert, 41, was appointed Head of Sales & Market Development of the Global Employee Benefits department following the appointment of Vital Schwander as Head of Commercial Solutions, a department within Swiss Life Global Solutions newly created to support the development of new products.
At the company for over 17 years already, Steve has a wealth of expertise and knowledge in the employee benefits market, not only locally but internationally thanks to our expatriate and cross-border solutions.
Steve has been instrumental in the management of strategic projects supporting the growth and success of the employee benefits business. This includes the recent launch of a new version of Swiss Life Preferred Plus, the online employee benefits portal that allows clients and their employees to administer their plans efficiently and to manage individual policies.
He has also actively supported the launch of Swiss Life Lifecycle Strategy, an innovative, simple, tailor-made investment solution that automatically adapts asset allocations according to the employee’s investment profile and age.
The Sales & Market Development team will continue to provide high-quality service to local and multinational corporations, offering comprehensive employee benefits solutions ranging from retirement, death and disability coverage not only to local employees but also to expatriates and mobile employees.
