Swiss Life’s expat solution was launched in 2010 to provide Europe-based multinational companies full-range employee benefits for their expatriates and mobile employees. Since its inception, the Swiss Life expat solution has continuously evolved, to increase flexibility and thus provide “a peace of mind” solution to multinational companies and their mobile employees.

Eligibility

  • Multinationals with 5 to 10 mobile employees
  • Members can be located worldwide
  • Policyholder can be based in an EU/EEA country or in Switzerland

  • Waiver of premiums

Free cover limit

  • Death lump sum: EUR 250,000
  • Disability pension: EUR 25,000 of annual benefit
  • Total & permanent disability: EUR 250,000 

Maximum benefits

  • Death lump sum: EUR 3.5 million or 12 times salary
  • Disability pension: EUR 250,000 or 75% salary
  • Total & permanent disability: EUR 3 million or 8 times salary
