In order to ensure that the Swiss Life Network has the same level of quality and customer-oriented approach around the globe, Swiss Life holds regularly Network Partner training sessions at its headquarter in Zurich.

The last one took place at the end of May, when 9 participants from 6 different Network Partners came together for an intensive two-day course.

The training provides insight into all areas of the Swiss Life Network’s operations and processes and offers Network Partners a platform to network between themselves. The interactive exchange session and bilateral meetings with the Swiss Life Network staff are designed to share experiences and best practice.

The sessions are designed for sales, sales administration, and actuarial employees who are newly involved in the cooperation with the Swiss Life Network.
