Dear Reader,

2015 has been an eventful year for us. With the goal to better serve our clients with their employee benefits needs, we have introduced a few changes within our organisation. It was not a walk in the park. However, with the end of the year approaching, I am happy to look back with a sense of accomplishment.

We have decided in this year to adapt our operating model with a new leadership team on-board and with a new organisational structure centralised in Luxembourg. Four teams have been put in place to improve the customer centric model for our solutions and services: Sales & Market Development, Swiss Life Network, Products & Services and Operations. This new structure allows us to be more efficient and more focused on the core services, which deliver value to our clients and partners.

Additionally, I am very pleased to inform you that Michael Hansen will come back to Swiss Life as of 1 March 2016 to take the lead of the Swiss Life Network. With Michael on board, we will gain a much appreciated and very experienced colleague, who knows the business in detail.

I am confident that this new direction, together with our new team, will bring Corporate Clients into a successful 2016.

The 2015 Global Forum was held in Zurich in September. Around 50 Swiss Life Network Partners gathered together to discuss the strategic vision of the Network, exchange ideas and ways to strengthen our collaboration. It was a fruitful event with very active participation from Network Partners and it became crystal clear to us, that we are only strong together. With our Network Partners we will remain successful in the future.

As the holiday season is approaching, I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Corporate Clients team, to say “THANK YOU” to all of our clients and partners. THANK YOU for your trust and loyalty. Your business and partnership is what have brought us here today. And THANK YOU for your understanding and patience when the roads are a little bumpy. We work hard every day with the target to provide you even better solutions and services in the years to come, and we look forward to another fruitful year together with you.
