In order to ensure that Swiss Life Network Partners have the same level of quality and customer-centric approach around the globe, Swiss Life holds an annual training session.
The session provides insight into all areas of the Swiss Life Network’s operations and processes, including training on the CRM system. It also offers Network Partners a platform to network between themselves.
The courses are organised for sales, sales administration and actuarial employees who are newly involved in the cooperation with the Swiss Life Network. However, anyone at a Network Partner wishing to brush up or deepen its knowledge is also welcome.
The interactive exchange session and bilateral meetings with the Swiss Life Network staff are designed to share experiences and best practice.
The next training sessions are planned for June 13-14, 2016 (Monday and Tuesday) in Luxembourg (place to be confirmed soon) and for September 26-27, 2016 (Monday and Tuesday) at Radisson Blu Hotel, Zurich Airport.
