New and extended global presence
Confirming its global presence and after the arrival of the new partner Groupama Romania last year, Swiss Life Global Solutions has signed a new partnership in Singapore with FWD in addition to the existing partnership with Prudential Singapore, already cooperating with Swiss Life Network in that part of the world.
The partnerships with the existing partners Dubai Insurance Company and Momentum have also been increased, leading to an enlarged collaboration with them in respectively the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with countries such as Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, and in African countries such as Namibia, Lesotho, Kenya, Botswana, Nigeria and Ghana.
New setup for the Swiss Life Network team
Together with its expansion and to further develop its business model, Swiss Life Network has also set up a new internal structure with dedicated relationship managers according to the geographical location of clients, partners and brokers.
Michael Gubser has therefore taken the lead of the international service desk operating out of Luxembourg with extended responsibilities including business analysis, Network partners’ management and even closer cooperation with the underwriting team.
The German market has also been strengthened with the arrival of Arne Schweikhart as Relationship Manager in charge of multinationals based in Germany. With his strong background in the German market as well as the expatriate and cross-border business, Arne will be an asset for the Network’s further growth.
Digital solutions for clients and partners
Following the launch of its digital solution for Partners at the end of 2016, Swiss Life Network launched EB-Life in January, an online portal allowing clients to keep track of and analyse their employee benefits globally as well as to gain additional insights and explore new solutions for their specific needs.
This new organisation and strategic direction demonstrate Swiss Life Global Solutions’ ambition to remain in the leadership position within the global employee benefits market, and its commitment to achieving an improved customer-centric model for its solutions and services in order to meet clients’ and partners’ needs even more closely.
“We are confident that these new collaborations bring great value for the whole Network and our global clients,” says Michael Hansen, CEO Swiss Life Network.
“This new set-up will secure the continued focus on the positive development of Swiss Life Network”, continues Michael Hansen.
