In collaboration with CA Indosuez Wealth Management España, the Global Private Wealth team organised a client seminar in Madrid on the subject: Asset Protection and Succession planning with Unit-linked life insurance.
The expert speakers invited to chair the event opened the seminar with interesting case studies illustrating how life insurance can be a solution for preserving and transmitting wealth presented by Jesus Cano, Sales Director at Swiss Life Global Solutions. This was followed by a detailed comparative analysis of the advantages of life insurance compared to other wealth planning structures by Patricia Sanz, Tax Advisor at CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) and a discussion of the current and future law and taxation context of wealth planning by Eduardo Ramírez, Partner at Cuatrecasas Spain.
