We are further improving the user experience with new screens offering additional information to our business partners. They will now be able to view all their clients’ policies including new filters and page set ups, historical transactions and overviews of commission payments.

Our digital portal ePrivateWealth has been designed to provide our partners with an interactive collaboration tool allowing self-service on many different aspects such as online applications with digital signature, wealth planning information via our interactive Ask a question feature, market updates including regulatory and legal updates, downloads of transactional forms and marketing documents.

We are further improving the user experience with new screens offering additional information to our business partners. They will now be able to view all their clients’ policies including new page and filtering options, historical transactions and overviews of commission payments with the highest security and data protection standards ensured.

Proactively responding to the needs of our partners, we have developed a new invoicing service for our asset managers via ePrivateWealth. Asset managers who choose to use this new service will be able to upload their invoicing claims via the portal and to monitor their commission claims status online. We are convinced that this new feature will improve and facilitate the operational processes for our asset managers.  

In addition, helpful collaboration functions in the portal allow our partners to contact their Partner Servicing representative directly, ask them a question or request further information on their clients’ policies and transactions.
