What will Swiss Life never do when contacting you (e.g. by telephone or e-mail)?
Swiss Life periodically contacts its customers by various means, including e-mail, the post and telephone.
- Request that you reveal your access data (login information/passwords) for online systems or for your private workstations;
- Request by telephone that you reveal personal information (e.g. health data, current salary, your customer relationship with Swiss Life, details of insurance policies and their expiry date/capital, banking arrangements) without first obtaining your personal agreement.
If you have any doubts or suspicions concerning a telephone contact, explain to the caller that you do not wish to provide any information and that you will contact your Swiss Life customer advisor directly.
